10/18/2026 7:30AM - ICE racially profiled And brutalized a garden Grove Community member. Witnesses say that they dragged him out of the car, punched him in the face, pushed him out of the vehicle and where he ended up hitting his head. Then they dragged him on the floor.

@kpchealth management, who owns Anaheim Global and Victor Valley Global which tends to most of Adelanto ICE detainees, kicked peaceful community observers out of their property first then the entire public parking lot. Community observers have been standing by in solidarity and to ensure that the victim is informed of his rights. Community members remain in the area parked in the adjacent parking lot and surrounding buildings.

ICE agents who come in and out of the Santa Ana Federal building every day between the hours of 4:30/5:30AM to mid afternoon have been known to target primarily Latino and Asian communities. To this day we cannot recall ever seeing a judicial warrant for any of their apprehensions.

We would like to remind the public that you have the constitutional right to document law enforcement activity in/or from public places into private property within reason, must be in plain view, do not record patients or anything that may violate someone's right to medical privacy.

You have the constitutional right to record ICE. If they tell you to back away, record yourself backing away. Ensure that you vocalize your rights because none of them seem to have ever read our constitution.
