According to the ACLU of Colorado, agents smashed the car window, pulled the 18-year-old out and beat him. Daniel suffered a broken wrist, cuts across his face and an eye swollen shut for days.

A federal judge has already ordered ICE to stop unlawful warrantless arrests in Colorado. ICE keeps doing it.
