A woman was live streaming when ICE and Florida Highway Patrol smashed her car window and pulled her from her vehicle in Fort Myers on Tuesday August 25.

The video shared to stopice.net was found to be recorded by Facebook user Marili Tomas. The live video abruptly ends when ICE and Highway Patrol drag her from the vehicle, as of August 26 it remains the last post on her Facebook profile page since the incident.

We learned that she was taken to Lee County Jail after being attacked, and is being charged with 2 counts of “resisting an officer.” She is not in ICE custody and her bond has been set to $3,000 this morning August 26, however it is not yet clear if she has been released yet.

ICE agents who regularly operate with local and state law enforcement in Florida under the 287(g) program have been documented multiple times targeting individuals in retaliation for documenting ICE activity.
