Police violently detain Indigenous woman protesting ICE—shoot her with taser & tackle her to pavement.
Officer shot her in mouth with pepper spray—then arrested her for “assault” when she spit it out.
Cops then kneel on back of her neck with body weight.
She is a Cheyenne River and a Sisseton-Wahpeton tribes member.
Sisi Rose, 33, has been protesting for months to stand up against ICE’s “unlawful detainers of Native Americans, and of American citizens.”
“My kids could be snatched up off the streets, and we’re from here, and that scares me,” she said.
Incident occurred outside ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations office in Sacramento, California. Repost: @916eyesonice
