Advocates in Springfield, Ohio, say Haitian migrants previously on temporary protected status are being summoned by ICE and told they must either agree to deportation on the spot or wear an ankle monitor until their deportation hearing.

In a statement to MS NOW, DHS encouraged former migrants to leave the country, but did not respond to this allegation.
