He says he was repeatedly pressured to sign deportation papers, held in solitary confinement for two days without explanation, strip-searched, served food that made detainees sick, and denied contact with others until he screamed for help. Now released, Ricardo says he is required to wear a GPS monitor on his wrist and take a daily photo through the device.
