Man saves brother’s life with kidney transplant—ICE just locked him up again.

“Bro, I love you. They’re about to deport me,” he said.

Although surgery is complete—doctors say he needs time for proper rehab to survive.

“We just ask for time to recover, then he will self-deport” said his brother, who owes him his life.

José Gregorio González was first arrested while taking his brother to dialysis appointment.

Judge ordered him released on humanitarian parole—but agents detained him at his regular monthly check-in.

He is now locked up at the Greene County Jail in Springfield, Missouri.
