Without any provocation, two ICE agents walked across the street to a community member before pepper spraying her and another person in the face. The agents then calmly turned around and walked away.

The incident took place on Seaman and Isham ave near Inward Hill Park in Upper Manhattan NY. The video was shared on social media and posted to stopice.net, which clearly shows that the ICE agents were under no threat but decided they were going to assault community members anyway.
