wsmvtv A breastfeeding mother of two children, including one who has Down syndrome, was arrested by ICE in Nashville while taking her children to the doctor. The ACLU says the woman was arrested without a warrant and that she has been seeking asylum from Guatemala as a survivor of domestic violence. The mother of two, they said, has "complied with every requirement in the immigration process," and was taken to a detention facility in Louisiana. WSMV4 has reached out to ICE for comment.
