Min Khant Zaw fled genocide in Myanmar, built a life dedicated to activism and environmentalism, and has been residing legally in the U.S. On July 21, he was detained by ICE upon landing at the airport and remains in custody without having committed any crime.

No refugee should flee genocide only to be subjected to unjust detention and mistreatment.
