‼️OVER 140 PEOPLE IN DETENTION ARE ON A HUNGER STRIKE‼️
Inside the infamous Northwest Detention Center, there are currently 140+ people who are refusing food due to the mistreatment and GEO Group’s refusal to provide healthy, edible food. GEO also delays meals for hours. In this video, it was midnight and people still had not eaten dinner. When the food came, it was horrible food which was rejected.
People in the NWDC are asking the public to share widely and take action so that their demands for better food and medical attention are met.
