Several ICE agents were seen kicking and punching a man just outside the Sentara BelleHarbour Hospital Emergency Room in Suffolk Virginia.

The man immediately put his hands up to comply after being thrown to the ground by the first ICE agent. The agent the wraps his arm around his neck, swings him over and begins punching him as two more ICE agents run over and begin punching and kicking him as well. Then a fourth ICE agent can be seen running over and grabbing the mans legs while he’s still being attacked on the ground.

All of this took place in broad daylight on the corner of Bridge rd and Plummer blvd.
