A driver was pulled over by police on the I-10 in AZ and then led to a secluded area off the exit. Within minutes the driver and passenger were swarmed by armed border patrol agents. Another border patrol agent broke the window and pulled out the passenger before grabbing the drivers phone. In the video you can hear one of the border patrol agents yell “GUN!” when no weapon was present.

The video was posted to the “Blythe CA community” Facebook group by D. Quintana and posted to stopice.net the following day.

“Got pulled over and officer said I had suspended license. Had a passenger in car and he is dark skinned. Officer instructed us to pull off at the next exit until I could arrange for a license driver to come drive the vehicle. What he actually did unknowingly to us was call border patrol and border patrol advised him to this secluded location off exit 26 hwy 10 gold nugget road AZ. Boarder patrol swarmed my truck less that 5 minutes of being parked there. Guns drawn. We have no weapons not even a small knife. Even after they had my passenger on ground you can hear a board agent yell GUN. These guys wanted to kill us. They took my passenger away to detention center.”
