This situation is incredibly frustrating. If Miguel doesn't get out in the next day or so, he could be stuck there again because DHS will try to appeal his case.

Every time we have a small victory we're set back by 10 more. Miguel needs $4,000 (they raised $3,500 already) to be released on bond but his family doesn't have the funds and all of the local orgs who have been helping are currently out of any available funds.
