🚨 VIDEO SHOWS FEDERAL AGENTS STOPPING A MAN IN CATHEDRAL CITY — IGNORING HIS VALID ID AND TRYING TO PULL HIM FROM HIS CAR

In the footage, several agents surround a white van in the Coachella Valley. The man inside asks in Spanish if he can show his driver’s license. The agents ignore him, call his ID “fake,” and attempt to pull him from the vehicle. He is only released after his wife arrives with additional paperwork to “prove” he belongs here.

According to the Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice, the agents left only after he showed proof of his identification — but not before his hand was left bruised and bleeding. The coalition says this is part of a pattern: “Gardeners, people with a pickup truck, with a van” are being targeted regardless of their legal status.

That’s not how the Fourth Amendment works. Law enforcement does not get to detain someone indefinitely because they “feel” like the documents are fake — especially without evidence, probable cause, or a warrant.

An American street should not be an immigration checkpoint.
