Despite holding a green card, Sebastian was still detained, and his family and friends are now anxiously awaiting a hearing that will hopefully lead to his release. Despite @robmenendez4nj best efforts (along with his teams), ICE has generally refused assistance, clarity, or a timeline for a resolution on the situation. This sudden and distressing situation has left Sebastian separated from his community, friends, and loved ones. Sebastian is a cherished member of the #CorkCity #Pub family in #Hoboken , and his absence is deeply felt by everyone who knows him. The legal process ahead is both complicated and costly, and the uncertainty has placed a significant burden on Sebastian, never mind the toll it is taking on everyone. His friends and family have set up a GoFundMe, with funds raised going directly toward covering his legal expenses.
