DELANEY HALL UPDATE: New Jersey State Police are dressed in riot gear with shields, face coverings, batons and horses. They’re using flash bangs and chemical irritants to disperse a crowd of protesters. As the police grow hostile, some protesters have begun to push fences toward them. At least two people have been detained.
