These two fathers are experiencing LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL NEGLECT in the Hutto TX lCE facility which is RIGHT OUTSIDE of Austin TX.
Demanding care for them is NOT THE END GOAL, but it is CRUCIAL that we listen to the family’s calls to action of PHONE ZAPPING & donating to their legal funds.
PEDRO has type 1 diabetes and is not getting the medical care he needs & has been moved to a holding area making it harder to reach him.
GERARDO has a tooth infection and has been organizing WITHIN THE CENTER to get people in contact with their families, get them cell phones & clothes, and has sacrificed his food rations to Pedro before he was moved to maintain his blood sugar levels and much more.
