Axel Gerardo Archaga Rios, 17, was arrested for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving without a license, and was later transferred to ICE custody under a final order of removal issued in 2015. His attorney says Rios came to the U.S. at age 5 and that his family missed key court dates due to a domestic violence situation. "There is no remedy," his attorney said.
