Like many others who have exercised their right to free speech under the current administration, ICE is leveling charges in this case that are a thinly veiled attempt to weaponize the U.S. immigration court to suppress voices that support Palestine and Palestinians. DHS bears the burden of proving its allegations, and Salah's legal team will hold them to this burden.
