This ICE check in facility - nicknamed Crosspoint - fails to accommodate families who are forced to wait for their appointments outside for hours, not knowing if they’ll even be going home or not that day. Every Tuesday and Thursday, Comrade Coffee Collective provides the community with water, food, toys, and legal resources outside of Crosspoint.

During one of our usual distributions here at Crosspoint, an agent driving into work pointed a gun at two of our community members who were filming him.
One of our volunteers said hello to him from a fair distance and he started fumbling for his gun. He pointed it at her, even while she was backing up, and then pointed it at another one of our volunteers who was father away from him.

Our government hires fearful and reckless people to carry out their abuse. This occurred in late 2025, before the murders of Renée Good and Alex Pretti. This deeply concerning incident is even more troubling when considering the escalating nationwide violence from an increasingly emboldened federal law enforcement.
