In December 2025, AAU began supporting a family from the South Philly Indonesian community as they tried to free their dad from ICE detention. For the last several months, Jacqueline and Johnson have been fighting to get their father's case reopened. However, instead of following the proper due process for the motion to reopen, ICE is trying to unlawfully deport him. This is an urgent call for support as they fight to keep their family together.
