He’s built a life in the United States, working as a medical laboratory scientist. During the Covid pandemic, he worked on the frontlines in an emergency room. He has no criminal history. Yet ICE arrested and detained him while Juan was on his way to visit his sick infant daughter in NICU after she was born prematurely.
