A man witnessed ICE agents beat up a man who he says was not even fighting back inside of a Home Depot store in Paramount, California.

“Was all that necessary,” he asked the ICE agents.

“We have a warrant for his arrest!” the other agent shouted as they dragged the man out of the store. He seemed unable to stand on his own.
