Dozens of protesters gathered outside the courthouse to support Christian Jerez Andrade, who returned for the second day after Judge William Sessions required him to appear in person. Jerez-Andrade’s attorneys argued his constitutional rights were violated when ICE agents detained him from a home on Dorset Street last Wednesday.
