🚨 In the video, he’s walking around screaming, “Back the fuck up or you’re getting sprayed right now!”… while just firing the pepper spray in random directions down the street.
There was no crowd, no physical threat, just an unhinged agent spraying a chemical weapon all around a neighborhood.
And just so we are clear… Pepper spray is force. You don’t get to deploy it because you feel tense, or want to intimidate a neighborhood. Force has to be tied to an actual, immediate threat.
Spraying blindly down a residential street puts kids, families, and bystanders at risk.
It’s reckless, excessive, and it’s exactly what happens when agents think accountability doesn’t apply to them.
