Anthony Paredes, a deaf LAUSD student is accusing immigration agents of violently detaining him.
The high school senior at ‘Ramon Cortines School for Visual and Performing Arts’ in downtown LA, says he was tackled and pinned down by agents outside the federal building during a protest on January 24th.

Paredes says he believes he was targeted because of his disability.
He also says he was denied a sign language interpreter while detained.

Paredes was released a few hours later and ordered to appear in court on April first.
