Today, on his 60th day of unjust incarceration, Marwan Marouf faced Immigration Judge Abdias Tida and ICE Prosecutor TJ Beal for the last time. In defiance of a laundry list of lies against his name, Marwan made a difficult decision: He chose his freedom. 

Whether Marwan is in ICE prison or free in another country, we will continue to fight for him and for all those facing unjust exile and wrongful incarceration. We will not allow the state to erase their stories. And we will continue to organize, pray, advocate, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder until justice prevails.
