THEY SAY THEY RESPONDED TO THIS MOTEL 6 BEHIND ME JUST YESTERDAY MORNING IS LOCATED OFF OF CAPITAL BOULEVARD. THAT'S WHERE THEY RESPONDED TO THAT VICTIM. TONIGHT, WE SPOKE WITH A LOCAL GROUP ADVOCATING FOR THE RIGHTS OF IMMIGRANTS ARE WORRIED ABOUT SITUATIONS IN SCAMS TARGETING THIS POPULATION. THIS MOTEL 6 LOCATED ON APPLIANCE COURT IN RALEIGH. THE SITE OF REPORTED RAPE ON SUNDAY. ARREST WARRANTS SAY THIS MAN, KARL BENNETT WENT TO THE LOCATION AND COMMITTED A NUMBER OF CRIMES, INCLUDING MULTIPLE OFFENSES. >> BENNETT, ACCORDING TO THESE DOCUMENTS, THREATENED TO DEPORT THE VICTIM. IF SHE DID NOT HAVE WITH HIM AND DISPLAYED A BUSINESS CARD WITH A BADGE ON. >> THIS HAS KIND OF A PERFECT STORM.
