CONCORD, N.C. (WBTV) - A man was arrested and placed on an ICE detainer after deputies said they seized nearly 80 pounds of meth during a traffic stop in Cabarrus County last week.Records show Benjamin Hernandez was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and issued a $1 million bond.
