Video footage from a St. Paul restaurant shows a federal agent entering the business with his handgun drawn.The scene was captured by the owners of East Side Thai at 879 Payne St. on Monday, when a team of ICE agents appear to be searching for a civilian.The suspected civilian in question is seen running past the front of the restaurant, with an unmarked SUV pulling up seconds later.The agent appears not to have noticed the male run past, and instead enters the restaurant with his handgun already drawn.Kou Vang, the co-owner of East Side Thai, posted on Facebook: "On this MLK Day, ICE is out here chasing kids and going into business with gun ready."The ICE agent accused us of hiding the kid. He ran passed my business not in it. Anyways everybody is ok just a little traumatized. Stay safe."There has been a focus by ICE and other federal authorities in recent days on St. Paul's East Side. This has provoked the fury of St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her after a home was raided and an innocent, 57-year-old grandfather marched out wearing only boxers, Crocs and a blanket.
