Senior Digital Editor/Producer, WCVB.comEAST BOSTON, Mass. —Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers have released a woman who was detained at Boston's Logan International Airport after she attended a Noah Kahan concert at Fenway Park, according to the woman's attorney.Maria Rosales, 32, had traveled from Miami to Boston to attend the show. Rosales was arrested while she was trying to fly back to Miami after the concert.Maria Rosales was taken into ICE custody on Friday, her attorney says.Her attorney said she has been in the country since she was 4 years old; however, ICE said Rosales overstayed her visa. Rosales was also a recipient of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or the DACA program, an Obama-era immigration policy that allows young people, who were brought to the United States as children, temporary protection from deportation, Pomerleau said.
