FAIRMONT — Split outcomes were announced Friday night for the two Don Patron Mexican Restaurant workers who were detained by ICE. U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Kleeh ruled Erick Leonel Cristal Cumes will continue to have his case heard in West Virginia. At the same time, Kleeh ruled Jose Cruz Castro will have his case transferred to the Western District of Pennsylvania.
