Agora que minha filha foi libertada e está tentando reconstruir sua vida, ela precisa lutar para proteger seus filhos e buscar a guarda deles por meio da Justiça. During that time, the children were in the care of their father and stepmother. Serious allegations of child abuse have recently come to light. The stepmother was even arrested following accusations of assault but was released while the case remains ongoing. Despite this, the father still retains custody of the children. Now that my daughter has been released and is trying to rebuild her life, she needs to fight to protect her children and seek custody through the legal system. To do this, she needs to hire a family law attorney, in addition to continuing to handle her own immigration case. The legal costs are high and urgent.
