Two teenagers in Olathe say they were confronted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents Saturday morning near the Walmart off North Seventh Highway. One of the teens told KMBC he was taken into custody, even though he is a United States citizen. Video shows ICE agents handcuffing and pinning a 19-year-old on the pavement.
