(CBS12) — A Popeyes employee in Palm Coast has been arrested for allegedly using a customer's credit card for fraudulent transactions to pay for an inmate's commissary. “This woman thought she could get away with stealing from a customer and giving money to a state prison inmate,” said Sheriff Rick Staly.The Flagler County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) said that on March 20, a drive-through Popeye's customer saw Chaniqua Richberg charging their credit card twice: once for the actual order and a second time on a cell phone.
