ENID, Okla. — On Feb. 28, 2026, 19-year-old Juan Diego Lopez Macias left his Enid home to “go play ball with his friends,” leaving his mother home waiting. Eighteen days later she’s still waiting.The family learned later Lopez Macias had been stopped for speeding that evening — Enid police report he was driving 75 in a 55 mph zone near 42nd and U.S. 412, according to a Garfield County District Court affidavit. He was arrested that evening and later charged with driving without a license, the affidavit states.
