CPR and other life-saving efforts followed, but he was pronounced dead at 6:10 p.m.According to ICE, Bui, who is from Vietnam, entered the United States in 1990 as part of a visa category under the Amerasian Homecoming Act. He apparently never applied for U.S. citizenship and was ordered by a federal judge to be removed from the country in 2005. ICE said Bui had a record of multiple criminal arrests by Philadelphia police.Bui's relatives have been notified, ICE said Tuesday, April 7.
