Support for Ariel Arias UPDATE : If you want to support the release of Ariel Arias Trejo we are asking for the community to send character letters in support of the release of Ariel Arias Trejo for humanitarian reasons. In our link you can see our letter of support., ICE has gone through great lengths to make it hard to call for a release even more unattainable and they are requesting for that each letter have a picture ID attached to it. I know that this is a lot to ask, but ourSave and make your on copy attorney Ruby Powers thinks we have a case and chances of winning Humanitarian Parole. Please email your letter with picture of ur ID to me directly. Luisgarciaaa89 @ gmail.com From the bottom of my heart ❤️ Thank you Ariel Arias has sent to medical unit at the Conroe Detention Center due to medal negligence form ICE custody. More reason for why Ariel Arias deserves to be released under Humanitarian parole. While his detainment he experienced declining health issues and was experiencing cardiac arrest symptoms. Ariel Arias reported he started experiencing cardiac arrest symptoms after spending a day detaiend under ICE agents supervision. Ariel Arias was sent to “El Pozo” which is canonically known as the isolatation section of the Joe Crowley Detention Center. Which is only adding to the humiliation process in which Ariel Arias is being treated while he remains under ICE custody. With support of the Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia and her team she has pushed for his release under Humanitarian Parole and due to ICE being completely unqualified to give Ariel Arias his necessary medical treatment. Justice will look like when Ariel Arias is released from the detention facility and can be reunited with his family and all he ask is to be back in the care of his established cardiologist. Ariel Arias has been living in the United States of America for over 30 years now and on September 23rd, 2026, he was unlawfully detained by ICE. He has a heart implant after he survived a heart attack and had a stint placed in his major artery. He received daily medication and regularly monitored medical care from a cardiologist. It is important we get him his necessary medication immediately. Your contributions will help us get him the help and resources he needs to fight this. Luis’s father-in-law, Ariel Arias, was taken by ICE agents in Houston without warning, leaving the Arias family devastated, frightened, and scrambling to respond. Ariel is a loving husband, father, and grandfather who has worked tirelessly to support his family and contribute to his community. Right now, the family is doing everything they can to protect Ariel’s rights and help him fight his case with the legal support he urgently needs. In a system that can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate, having proper representation can make all the difference. Funds raised will help cover the urgent costs connected to Ariel’s case, including immigration attorney fees, case filing costs and documentation, travel expenses for family members to attend hearings, and emergency expenses related to detention. Every dollar will help the family move quickly during a time when delays can be devastating. If you are able, please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser. Your support means so much to Luis and the Arias family, and it will help them stand with Ariel and fight for justice.
